  • Review : 4/5.  Back To The Beach is a cheesy homage to the Frankie Avalon/Annette Funicello beach films . The film tries desperately to blend its theme and stars into the 80s including a cameo from Pee-Wee Herman , and using every 80s trope in the book . The movie is harmless and fun, despite its cheesy attempts.
