• Plot: A horror writer and a photographer run out of inspiration to create , but suddenly they are subjected to forces from the unknown .

• Review : 4/5. The Dead Inside  attempts to poke fun at the horror genre and musical film genre as well . Although the music in the film is quite clever, and the humor can be at times cheeky ,  the film fails to create anything new in the horror musical movie genre.
